When the pandemic hit, owners of La Catrina were determined to make the best of a bad situation. They had always dreamed of opening a restaurant, but the pandemic had put a damper on those plans. They took a chance and decided to open their restaurant during the pandemic, despite all the risks. At first, the odds were against them. Everyone was staying home, and the restaurant industry was one of the hardest hit. But the owners were determined to make it work. Slowly but surely, La Catrina Street Tacos restaurant began to pick up. Despite the odds, customers began to trickle in, and the restaurant was becoming more and more popular. To this day, La catrina Street Tacos restaurant is a success story of how it's possible to open a restaurant during a pandemic. With hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
